A bespoke suit is the ultimate in sartorial luxury, and whether it be single or double breasted, tuxedo or tailcoat, George Clinton is a master of all styles. The George Patrick tailoring process combines traditional methods with a modern approach achieving a perfect balance.

George knows his craft well, including the art of bespoke customer service. Whether it be at the client’s home, office or in the George Patrick atelier, the creation of each bespoke garment begins with a one-on-one consultation, during which fabric and style are chosen.

From there it can take as few as ten days until the first fitting.

Also on offer are bespoke shirts, coats, and shoes. And, with decades of editorial experience, George also shares styling tips, guiding his clients with shoe to tie selection and everything in between. This all comes as an added bonus to create a refined look.

About us: From Hollywood to Berlin

George Clinton’s strength in creating modern pieces with the perfect fit has made him one of the most sought-after bespoke menswear designers among today’s hollywood elite. Clinton offers a unique perspective from his extensive experience working as a designer, red carpet tailor, and style consultant for Hollywood actors such as Tom Cruise, Jason Statham, Zac Efron and other A-list stars.

For nearly two decades George’s design studio has been in Los Angeles where he has created bespoke garments for distinguished clients, Hollywood heavy-weights, and celebrities. As a classically trained bespoke tailor, George has combined craftsmanship with his talent for design to become the new face of bespoke tailoring.

After years in Hollywood, George has set his sights on a new target: Berlin. With its individuality, grit, creativity, and diversity, it’s little wonder that Clinton was so immediately drawn to Germany’s capital of fashion. In early 2018, together with his husband and business partner Patrick Hasanen, he made the leap. They bring with them the highest quality of craftsmanship, a dash of Hollywood glamour and of course, the perfectly tailored suit.

In addition to menswear George Patrick will be offering select custom garments for women seeking a perfectly tailored couture cocktail suit, as well as a small ready to wear capsule collection. Stay tuned!

The foundation for George`s career was laid when he began work as an apprentice alongside the most renowned bespoke tailors in Munich. Afterwards, his talents earned him a scholarship in pattern-making at the exclusive JAK Fashion Academy in Hamburg where he was able to further perfect his craft.

From Hamburg, Clinton relocated to the United States where he began working in Los Angeles, in wardrobe departments of legendary TV shows. He then took his talents to Chicago and New York, where they were quickly recognized by prestigious fashion labels such as Armani, Sonia Rykiel and Jil Sander, all of whom trusted George in leading their teams of tailors and seamstresses. And finally, from New York back, via Los Angeles to Berlin where George Patrick was born.
